01 Do you send samples before ordering?
Yes — we send samples of facade tiles and lining boards free of charge across Estonia, please send a request via the form or by e-mail.
02 How long does delivery take?
In-stock products within Tallinn 2–3 working days, across Estonia 2–5 working days. Custom orders and project-quantity catalogs 2–6 weeks depending on the manufacturer — we will confirm the exact schedule in the offer.
03 Do you also offer project-based terms?
Yes — we cater to both individuals and companies. For larger quantities and recurring projects, we will negotiate delivery schedules, price levels, and payment terms separately.
04 How do returns work?
Standard products have a 14-day return policy from receipt. Special order products (cut to size, custom-made) cannot be returned. See Terms and Conditions of Purchase for more details.
05 Do you also help with finding installers?
We recommend installers from our network who are familiar with Nordhauser products — roofing, facade and bathroom specialists. Contact us via customer support.
06 What languages do you communicate in?
In Estonian and English.
