The AVD 200 mm wind fan is designed to increase the natural draft of the ventilation duct and effectively remove moisture and stagnant air from indoor spaces. The wind fan also prevents precipitation, birds and other foreign objects from entering the ventilation duct. The fan operates entirely on wind power without electricity. Product description
The AVD self-rotating wind fan is attached to the end of the ventilation pipe and is suitable for use on both flat and pitched roofs. On pitched roofs, it is most effective to install it at the highest point of the ridge. When renewing the ventilation of existing buildings, the fan is also placed directly at the duct exhaust opening to ensure better air movement and removal of excess moisture. To ensure that the device lasts a long time and works smoothly, it is recommended to service it once a year - preferably after the winter period. During maintenance, the cover is removed, the condition of the bearings is checked and oil or lubricant is added if necessary. For smaller models, regular oil is sufficient, larger variants require Lithol or another high-quality consistency lubricant.
