Product description
Shower drain trap Deante 40 mm, white is designed to connect the shower drain to the sewer. The top-accessible design allows maintenance of the trap without opening the floor.
Compatibility and installation
The drain diameter is 40 mm. Before ordering, compare the dimensions of the gutter, trap and sewer pipe and the location of the connections with the technical drawing.
Perform a leak test before sealing the floor. Install the gaskets in the correct order, avoid tensioning the connections and check that water drains freely.
Cleaning and odor barrier
Clean the trap. Remove accessible parts, rinse off hair and soap residue, and reinstall the parts in their original order.
Keep the odor barrier in working order. If the shower is rarely used, let the water drain from time to time and check that there is no dried sediment in the trap.
