Deante KXY_9936 wet-dry trap insert, grey, complements the KXY_9936 shower drain trap with a wet-dry odor barrier. The detail helps to close the path of air coming from the sewer even when the water barrier of a rarely used shower has dried out.
Suitability and use
Designed for KXY_9936 trap. Before ordering, check the trap product code and compare the shape of the part with the technical drawing.
Install in the correct position. The contents should fit loosely but tightly in the trap; forcing may damage the part or the sealing surface.
Cleaning and inspection
Remove the contents for maintenance. Rinse off any accumulated dirt under running water and clean the trap seat with a soft brush.
Check after assembly. Make sure the water flows freely and the odor barrier is positioned correctly.
